    I frequently visit  various locations but this location for some reason wasn't up to par to most other ones. The biggest issue I had was that the sauces are normally pretty thick in consistency at all other locations, weren't here. They are watered down and look like colored water when you pour it on your bowl. Was not impressed to say the least.

    Haven't tried this place in a couple of years. On my way home starving, stopped in for a bowl.
    As I walked in I noticed what looked to be the owner of the place entering at the same time.
    I ordered from the gentleman working the front. As he was reaching for a piece of chicken from the grill the owner told him not that one, take the over cooked burnt one first.
    When I got home YUP! The chicken was dry and crunchy, ruined the whole bowl. I threw it out.
    This actually happened once before hence I haven't returned in 2 or 3 years.
    Lesson learned:  The cheap ass owner would rather serve the dried out chicken to customers than throw it out.
    I won't be back ever!

    I've lived out of state for a while and was craving chicken kitchen, which used to be one of my favorite quick meals. I went to this location since it was closest and was disappointed to find it's kinda grimy inside. I got the Mexican chop and it was just anticlimactic. What used to make it good was the mustard sauce, but to be quite honest you can go to any pollo tropical and get a better quality bowl through the drive through for half the price and douse it with their mustard sauce and it tastes much fresher!!

    They are soo stinking stingy with the sauces you get a large bowl to go you should at least get 4
    For a small bowl give 2 I mean it's not cheap to eat here

    This was one of the worst things I've ever eaten (or tried to eat). The chicken was burnt to a crisp and totally dry.  Unfortunately, since it was take-out and delivered to my place of employment, I could not return it. It was inedible and a total waste of money.
